There are parts of us that learn to hide.
Emotions we never got to fully feel. Experiences that left a mark. Patterns we keep repeating even when we consciously want something different. Parts of ourselves we had to suppress, abandon, or reshape in order to feel safe, loved, accepted, or in control.
And even when we think we have moved on, our subconscious can continue to carry what has not yet been processed.
This is where my work begins.
Healing sessions
Where the Wound Becomes the Medicine
I create a space where we can gently explore what is underneath the patterns, emotions, and experiences that are ready to be met.
We may work with unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, old wounds, subconscious patterns, energetic attachments, boundaries, relationships, identity, or parts of yourself that have been waiting to be heard.
You might reclaim your power from a person or situation.
You might finally set a boundary you have been struggling to set.
You might journey into your subconscious mind and uncover where a pattern began.
You might meet a younger part of yourself that has been carrying something for a very long time.
Or you might simply receive the medicine that your system is asking for in that particular moment.
So much of what we experience on the surface has deeper roots.
Sometimes we understand intellectually why we behave the way we do, yet still find ourselves repeating the same patterns.
Sometimes we know what we should do, but something within us continues to pull us back.
Together, we meet what is ready to be seen with compassion. We allow the emotions, memories, beliefs, and protective patterns underneath the surface to reveal themselves.
And as we bring awareness to what has been hidden, its wisdom can begin to unfold.
Because there is often something underneath the wound that wants to be reclaimed.
Healing is a process of transformation
A process of meeting the parts of you that were once wounded, listening to what they carry, and allowing them to evolve, soften, and speak their truth.
It is a remembering.
Remembering who you are beneath the pain.
Remembering the parts of yourself that went into hiding.
Remembering your wholeness, your inner knowing, and your capacity to trust yourself again.
Healing can shift you from survival into wholeness.
From shame into self-trust.
From fragmentation into deeper embodiment.
It asks you to become open to change.
To see yourself through new eyes.
To redefine the stories you have carried about who you are.
To release the identities and beliefs that no longer belong to you.
To make space for the person you are becoming.
And with every layer you meet, feel, and integrate, you come closer to the truth of who you have always been.

Frequently Asked Questions
As a women can I do a healing session while I am on my bleed?
As a general guideline, I recommend waiting until your bleed has finished. During this time, your body is already moving through a deep process of release and inward focus. Adding a healing session can sometimes feel like too much for your system.
