1. Nature of Services
Soul Floraison offers astrology readings, astrology reports, energetic work, Journeying, spiritual coaching, educational materials, digital products, and personal development resources.
All services are intended for self-reflection, personal growth, awareness, and spiritual exploration.
Astrology and related services provided by Soul Floraison are symbolic and interpretive practices and do not constitute scientifically proven methods, medical treatment, psychological therapy, diagnosis, or professional advice.
The services are not intended to replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
4. Booking and Contract Formation
A contract between Soul Floraison and the client is formed when the client completes a booking, purchases a service or product, or receives confirmation of their order.
Soul Floraison reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where there is a legitimate reason, including unavailable capacity, technical issues, or inappropriate use of services.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information necessary for the provision of services.
5. Sessions and Appointments
Bookings are made for the date and time selected by the client.
The client is responsible for attending the session at the agreed time and ensuring they have the necessary technical requirements for online sessions.
If the client is late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other appointments.
If the client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be considered fulfilled and no refund may be provided.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a session by contacting Soul Floraison at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may not be possible. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a alternative arrangement.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, may not be refunded.
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable German law.
7. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are stated in euros unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless another agreement has been made.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.
Soul Floraison does not store complete payment card details.
8. Digital Products
Digital products, including ebooks, guides, courses, downloads, and other digital materials, are provided electronically.
Once digital content has been delivered or access has been granted, the client is responsible for using the content appropriately.
Digital products are intended for personal use only.
Copying, sharing, reproducing, distributing, reselling, or publicly sharing digital materials without permission is prohibited.
9. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal under German law.
For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire once the customer has expressly agreed that the delivery of digital content begins before the withdrawal period ends and has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins.
For services that are fully performed before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal may also expire where the consumer has expressly requested this.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Client Responsibility
The client acknowledges that they remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and personal choices.
Any interpretations, insights, or guidance received through Soul Floraison are intended for reflection and personal development only.
Clients are responsible for deciding how they apply any information received.
Soul Floraison does not guarantee specific emotional, physical, personal, relationship, financial, professional, or spiritual outcomes.
11. Confidentiality
Soul Floraison respects the privacy and confidentiality of clients.
Information shared during private sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to provide the service.
12. Intellectual Property
All content created and provided by Soul Floraison, including written materials, digital products, courses, guides, website content, and other resources, remains the intellectual property of Soul Floraison unless otherwise stated.
Clients receive a personal, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for personal purposes only.
Commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or resale is prohibited without written permission.
13. Liability
Soul Floraison provides services with reasonable care and professionalism.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Floraison shall not be liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from a client’s personal interpretation or use of information, guidance, or services provided.
